Call for Abstracts

We invite PhD and Masters Students, researchers, research fellows, faculty members, science teachers, scientists, technocrats, and Science Enthusiasts to submit the abstracts for poster presentation in compliance with any of the following mentioned themes:

  1. Clean Energy for Greener Future
  2. Universal Holistic Health
  3. Science for Society & Culture

Abstracts should be written in clear and concise format, so that reviewers can focus solely on the scientific merits of the submission.

Last date of abstract submission 20th September 2023
Acceptance will be communicated by 25th September 2023

Responsibilities of the presenting author:

  • The first author listed for each abstract serve as the presenting author and as the primary contact for correspondence regarding the abstract, unless otherwise specified under the "Address for correspondence” section of the abstract submission
  • The presenting author must be one of the co-authors listed on the submitted abstract.
  • The presenting author is responsible for:
    1. Ensuring that all authors have read the abstract and agreed to be co-authors. Failure to get approval from all authors will result in rejection of the abstract.
    2. Notifying all co-authors of any additions, deletions, and changes if any.
    3. Obtaining all the conflict-of-interest disclosure and copyright transfer information from co- authors.

Please Note:

  • Abstracts not conforming to themes will be rejected.
  • The decision of academic program committee to accept or to reject any abstract will be final and cannot be challenged.
  • The authors are requested to take note of plagiarism possibilities and must take care to strictly avoid them. Organizers will not be responsible for any plagiarism issues.

Format for writing abstract –

Submit the abstract through online portal in word / pdf format.

  1. Theme:
  2. Name and email of Corresponding author
  3. Title
  4. Authors
  5. Affiliation of authors
  6. Abstract - Maximum 500 words, Microsoft Word Times new roman 12 Font should be used
  7. Keywords – five to six
